もう7月🎋
今年も半分が過ぎたんだなぁ。
梅雨真っ盛りで、昨夜もすごい雨☔️
梅雨空が続く予報だったのに、
何故か今日は晴れて夏のようだった☀️

Half a year already passed…
It’s the middle of the rainy season☔️
Last night we had very heavy rain.
The forecast said the whole week will be rainy,
however it was a sunny day like summer today☀️
自分の好きな物、好きな事を大事に✨
瞬間瞬間そこにフォーカス🌟
自分に好きな事をする許可を与えてあげる。
それが上手くいくと、どんどん好きな事が集まってくる💓
オーケストラで弾いていてもそう。
合わすことばかりでなく、心地良いように弾いていけば良いのに…
と感じる瞬間がよくある。
もう１つ何かを解き放ちたいと思っている自分が居るような…🧐

Once it goes well, they will come more and more💓
I feel the same kind of thing when I am playing in the orchestra
I often have moments that I feel like not only just blending with others
but also playing more comfortably…
I feel I want to let something go to take another step…🧐
