今日はしっとり雨☂️

そして、京都賞の授賞式の日。

4年ぶりの開催。

オーケストラで関われるのは光栄なこと🌟

〜＊〜＊〜＊〜＊〜＊〜＊〜

It was rainy today ☂️

And it was the day of Kyoto Prize.

It was held for the first time in four years.

I am honored to have joined it as a member of our orchestra 🌟

即興……約15年前、やってみたいなと…

でもどうやったらいいのかも分からず…

色んな事を試してみた😆

心地悪いものもあれば、

何だこの感覚は⁈みたいな

驚きや新しい感覚もあり✨

その自由さと楽しさ。

そしてパートナーとのコミュニケーションのあり方。

そんな事を感じらるようになりつつあり、

更にその中での表現を広げたいと思う昨今。

そして即興だけでなく、

何にでも当てはまるのだろうが

“明け渡し、今ここに…”

やっぱり…これだなと🌟

そんな即興も含めた、イベント1/27(土)14:00~

Improvisation……about 15years ago I wanted to do improvisation.

I didn’t know how to start it

I tried many ways

Trial and error…

Some was uncomfortable

Some surprised me

and I felt new feelings

How it feels free and fun

I can feel how to communicate with my partners too

Recently, I am getting that kind of feeling.

So now I want to have more skill to express my feelings while improvising.

And I think it is not only about improvisation…

“Surrender and be now”

This is very important, of course…🌟
