やっと近所でも蝉の声が🪰

だけど、昨夜は真夜中に😆

一瞬耳鳴りかと⁉️

でもどうやら蝉だったよう😅

これで本格的な夏🌻

Finally I heard cicadas around

our neighborhood🪰

They started in the middle of

the night last night 😆

First, I thought

that was my ear ringing⁉️

But it seemed like cicadas😅

Now it is real summer 🌻

プチファスティングを久々に💫

こんな暑い中に…😆

以前は頭痛がひどく、

途中でストップ。

今回はそこまでひどくなく、

低血糖で朝がちょっと辛かったけど、

何とかやり終えた❣️

身体がスッキリし、

リセットした感じ😊✨

For the first time in a long time,

I did petit fasting💫

When I did fasting last time,

I had a terrible headache.

Then I stopped it.

This time I had a headache but

it was not so bad.

I had low blood sugar ,

so I didn’t feel good in the morning.

Even though,

I did it❣️

Now I feel good and reset😊✨

Once in a while,

it is good to do😄👍
