まだまだ暑い中、

先日は能登輪島へ🚙

画家で、臨床美術士の

フルイミエコさんと

ミニイベントをしたり、

輪島を散策したり。

貴重な経験をさせてもらい、

ここだけではない、

色んな現実を

考える機会にもなりました。

There are about only ten days left

in August🌻

I went to Wajima

in Ishikawa prefecture 🚙

I had a mini concert with my friend

who is an artist

and saw around there.

It was a precious experience

and nice opportunity

to recognize situations

of many places which are

under a hard environment.

些細な事で、感情が動いて、

ついつい出来事に反応😅

反応する前にストップして、

起こっている事を、

判断なしに、

ありのままを見て、

対応する💫

そうだったよなと…😄🌱

何を選ぶかは自分次第‼️
