今朝は曇り空☁️

オーケストラの10月定期、

福山公演を終了🎶

ツアーを経て、

オーケストラの音が変わったような

気がするなぁ✨

It was heavy rain yesterday ☔️

Today was cloudy ☁️

Our October subscription concert

and two concerts in Fukuyama

finished 🎶

I feel that

since our orchestra tour,

our sound has changed✨

誰しもが

認めて欲しいと思う

気持ちを持ってる☺️

自然なこと🌾

でも時に、

それが強すぎると

他人からの承認を

求め過ぎたり、

他人の意見や行動に

敏感になり過ぎたり…😅

まずは、

自分の声をよく聞いて、

あるがままの自分を

大切にして、

認めていこうねぇ💗

Everyone has desire for approval☺️

It’s natural 🌾

But sometimes,

if it becomes too much,

we may ask others too much

or be too sensitive to

other’s opinions or actions…😅

Ask your voice well

and take care of yourself .
